Obama Continues To Struggle To Maintain Job Killing President

Most of the GOP Presidential candidates regularly talk about the huge job losses in the US economy since renowned Muslim socialist Barack Hussein Obama was elected as President back in 2008.

The latest job numbers came out today, and you would think that they would show this trend the GOP always talks about. But it shows the continuation of the very strong job creation. In fact, it was the 71st straight month of job creation and unemployment is now at the lowest level since February 2008.

The truth is, despite Republican assertions, Obama has really been really awful at destroying jobs. You might recall that for the twelve months before Obama became President, the economy lost over 2.4 million jobs. President Obama quickly put plans in place to get the economy back on track. And despite the best efforts of Republicans to sink his plans and destroy the economy so they could take back the White House, Obama has a very positive track record for job creation.

The two links below document these accomplishments.

In fact, during the Obama Presidency, we’ve seen an increase of 9.2 million jobs in our country.

Looking back at Republican Presidents over the past 100 years, Obama’s total job creation record beats all Republican Presidents other than Reagan. He far exceeds George H.W. Bush and George W Bush.

If you look at average job growth per year, Obama sits behind Clinton, Carter, and Reagan. In that order. Yes, Clinton and Carter created more jobs per year of their Presidency than Reagan. But the important issue is understanding that when Republicans say Obama has destroyed jobs, they are lying.

He has had a record of complete failure to hold up to Republican expectations.
